It is not visible on billboards, it is not measured by awards, and it does not require applause. It is manifested in stability, endurance, and the ability to work even when everyone around you is distracted by noise.<\/p>\n\n                            <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"block-content\">\n                        <div class=\"block-content__item\">\n                \n                <p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fellows Team<\/strong> - a team that built itself without slogans and advertising, but with a deep respect for people and processes. The company was founded in 2020, when traffic arbitrage was still a wild market of experiments. The founders did not pursue scale and were not looking for investors. They wanted to create a place where they could work honestly, without pathos and without artificial rules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We started with a few buyers and one direction, gradually building a structure based on trust. In five years, the team has grown to more than eighty people with an office in Warsaw, launched its own product, Fellows App Sales, focused on Facebook Ads, SEO, UAC, PPC, and ASO traffic, and today has an annual turnover of more than ten million dollars. But, as Fellows says, it's not the numbers that matter, it's how they're achieved. It's about autonomy, without micromanagement. Because when you are trusted to make decisions, you start to think more broadly. And when there is mutual trust, the team holds together even in turbulence. And this is also where the restrained approach comes in: no demonstrations, no unnecessary noise, but with deep humanity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The years 2024-2025 were challenging for the industry: algorithm changes, falling conversions, and reduced offers.
