This time, the focus will be on yoga, a practice that helps to let go of tension, focus attention in one movement, and find balance even when the world around you is too loud. And the event will have a special mood thanks to the puppies, who will be there to create lightness, laughter, and the very effect of anti-stress that cannot be expressed in words.<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

How Was Your Yoga<\/strong> - is a day of harmony and warmth. A quiet space in the heart of Kyiv, but at a secret address that participants will find out just before the event. A different rhythm reigns here: slow movements on the mats, breathing in unison, soft contact with four-legged friends who easily melt away any fatigue.
\nAnd immediately after the practice, there is a tea ceremony. This is a separate journey inward: attentiveness to details, to taste and smell, to the way the cup warms your palms. This ritual will be a continuation of yoga and will allow you to stay in a state of silence a little longer.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
