Affstellar is looking for an Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for attracting and developing partners, supporting launches, and growing performance.
Main responsibilities:
- Searching, attracting and onboarding new partners (affiliates / publishers / media buyers / teams).
- Full management of partners: communication, support, retention, and volume growth.
- Negotiating the terms of cooperation (bets, limits/caps, bonuses, promotional activities).
- Coordinating launches and scaling: tracking links, postbacks, creatives, advertiser requirements and rules.
- Analyzing traffic efficiency and quality (CR, EPC, ROI, LTV, upsell, etc.), preparing recommendations for optimization.
- Reporting and updating information about partners in the CRM/network platform.
- Interaction with internal teams to promptly resolve partner issues.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in affiliate/CPA network from 1 year (Affiliate Manager / Account Manager / BD / Publisher Manager).
- Understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid collaboration models and key performance metrics.
- Developed communication skills, confident negotiations, result orientation.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to manage several partners in parallel.
- English Intermediate (B1) and higher is an advantage.
- The experience of working with Affise will be a plus.
