What you will do as Assistant to the COO / Junior Operations Manager:
- Maintain operational task management: tasks, statuses, deadlines
- Monitor implementation and record decisions after meetings
- Collect data and perform basic analytics on projects
- Assist in planning and systematizing processes
- Get involved in improving working tools
What is important to us:
- At least 1 year of experience in coordination / analytics
- Understanding of processes and teamwork
- Ability to work with task managers and spreadsheets
